*Local access numbers are listed on your calling card. Call 379-3000 for assistance in using your card. The local access numbers can be used from payphone systems after depositing the required coins for a local call. Otherwise, the toll-free number can often be used in which case the payphone fee is charged to the calling card. The 877 access number normally should only be used when you are outside Utah. Additional charge applies when using the toll-free (800/877) access numbers. Monthly fees for options selected by the account holder are in effect for the life of the account unless changed by the account holder. All rates are in effect 24 hours/day, 7 days/week. Directory assistance calls are $1.10 per call. Customer must choose one of the above rate plans and Option 1 is used if no other option is requested. Rates are subject to change without notice.
